Quick Yogurt Sauce
Introduction
This sauce is good for when you don't feel like making a full on tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients
1 c full fat Greek yogurt or, if you don’t like the tang of Greek yogurt, Icelandic will do nicely
juice of 1/2 lemon
1-2 teaspoons of dried dill (if you have fresh, use it!)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon or more of salt to taste
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors vibe with each other.
